Hope House started in 1988 and aimed to keep incarcerated fathers in the lives of their children. Through weekly video conferences, reading programs and a summer camp in the prison, Hope House works to keep that relationship strong between father and child. Carol Fennelly founded Hope House and was awarded by Encore.org for her extraordinary efforts.
